Shipping Policy 

Cantrell Seafood works closely with UPS to ensure all of our deliveries arrive on time and at a reasonable rate. Everyday at 3pm the days orders, as well as the orders from the night before are picked up by our delivery guy. We have done our best to get him to make Cantrell Seafood the last stop on his route, this way we can get more deliveries out by that day – by extending the deadline. However, as it is, our deadline for next day shipping is 2pm (Monday – Thursday). All orders must be placed by 2pm the day before expected delivery.

What is the deal with the $30 handling charge? It is a bit tricky to ship live lobsters and seafood across the country, because they need to well, stay alive. In order to keep them alive, we need to package each item very carefully. Each package must be kept very cool for your new friends to make their journey safely. Our packages come loaded with gel-cool ice packs and plenty of cushioning to make sure there is no damage. We take pride in the handling of all goods. We want to ensure that our customers receive the quality they deserve.   

Our shipping carrier does not deliver on major holidays as well as some locations in the U.S.

Shipping charges are calculated by your destination delivery location and the weight of your expected package. If you want to check for a shipping quote, please choose your items in our shop experience, and click “checkout”. Once you are on the checkout page, add your address and your shipping quote should be located at the bottom. There is no obligation to buy at that point, and if you find the prices satisfactory, you may continue with the checkout process.
